Ensuring Service Quality

The Al-Rifaie and Al-Dahsh Law Firm is closely concerned with the quality of legal services and consultations, due to its importance in achieving client satisfaction.

Reliability

Reliability is the ability to provide a correct and accurate service in accordance with the Company’s promises from the first time and every time thereafter. It reflects the degree of trust in us; in other words, the client expects to receive a timely service meeting our performance commitment. Reliability also refers to the Company’s intention to solve clients’ problems and to investigate any lapses in performance of its services. The fewer the mistakes made by employees, the greater the clients’ level of trust in our reliability.

Tangibles

Tangibles represent the general appearance of the Company’s premises, equipment and furnishings, the employees’ presentation and the quality of our communication tools. Thus, technology affects service quality from a client viewpoint and should be appropriate to their needs. Clients’ evaluation of service quality will be affected by whatever technology and other tangibles are provided by the Company, including the convenience of its location or of its branches, their geographic spread and their interior and exterior design.

Responsiveness

Responsiveness refers to taking the initiative to help clients, answering their enquiries, responding to their complaints and working on solving these rapidly and effectively. The key here is that clients will evaluate our interactions with them positively if they are well received, if employees show conviction and if they deliver a distinctive and individualized service.

Competency

Competency concerns how well qualified front-line employees are to deliver excellent service, in terms of skills, analytic and deductive abilities and knowledge. Most clients prefer to be served by persons of high educational standards with appropriate formal qualifications.

Credibility

Credibility requires the Company to deal truthfully and honestly with clients and to keep its promises, thus generating trust between them and us.

Security

Security addresses the need to ensure that people dealing with the Company are free from doubt and risk. Our employees are keen to make clients feel able to trust them and to feel safe and secure when dealing with them. This dimension reflects the extent to which clients perceive our employees to be suitably qualified and able to provide them with complete information about the services and consultations offered, including assurances of their safety.

Courtesy

Courtesy: It goes without saying that as service providers who have direct contact with the public, our front-line people should exhibit perfect manners, behave with respect and present themselves in a spirit of friendship towards our clients.

Communication

Communication concerns the Company’s ability to provide clients with all necessary information on the nature of the service provided, in terms of the steps and procedures necessary for obtaining the service, using clear and culturally appropriate language, advising them on what action to take and explaining the harm which might arise if commitments are not fulfilled.

Understanding and Empathy

Understanding and Empathy: This dimension concerns our ability to understand individual clients’ specific needs, to accord them due care and attention, to establish a good rapport, to protect clients’ interests and to assure them that we consider it important to provide a service that meets their needs.

Accessibility

Accessibility means making it easy for potential clients to obtain our services in terms of times and places that meet their needs, by ensuring the suitability of waiting times, working hours, the location of our offices and the availability of all necessary equipment.

Training

At Al-Rifaie and Al-Dahsh we are keen to develop our activities in the field of training and qualification, which is the gateway for developing our human resources, so we have adopted the ISO 10015 standard on training programs, which has two main advantages:

Analysis

This is the cornerstone for the design of education and training, to determine the problem, its source and possible solutions.

Planning

This means setting out the design plans and initial drafts of the education process. During this stage, the techniques and procedures to be used in teaching and learning are described, plans, scenarios and real teaching material are translated, teaching positions and products are composed and all supporting materials are produced.

Implementation

At this stage, the actual training is done, whether in a traditional classroom or remotely by electronic means, for example.

Evaluation

Finally, it is essential to measure the effectiveness of the teaching and learning processes by evaluating outcomes, either during a course of training or after it has concluded.

Research

We at Al-Rifaie and Al-Dahsh give great importance to research in the legal field, recognizing the ever-increasing need for academic studies as experts strive to obtain as much accurate knowledge as possible from legal scholarship for the benefit of humankind. Indeed, the main function of academic research is to advance knowledge in order to improve conditions for humanity’s survival, security and welfare.

In legal research, as in any field of knowledge, whether in theoretical or applied scholarship, familiarity with the standard approaches and procedural rules is essential, starting with a determination of the problem and describing it in terms of procedures, then selecting a specific approach to data collection and analysis before drawing robust conclusions. The Company is committed to engaging fully in this broad endeavor, participating wherever we can in research that may improve the quality of service offered to our clients or help them to solve the problems which might face them as well as sharing in developing their businesses and legal systems.

Building Partnerships and Coalitions

The Company welcomes every opportunity to build strategic partnerships and coalitions with other law firms, whether in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the wider Arab world or among the international community.

We define a strategic partnership as any cooperation through which our firm is committed to collaboration with one or more law firms or with one or more individuals, for the purpose of sharing in the implementation of a specific project (delivering a legal service or consultation) or operating a joint project serving our shared objectives, where each party shares the responsibilities and results of such cooperation, provided that it shall be established by a memo of understanding or a written agreement signed by all parties.

These strategic partnerships are linked to the Company’s plans and contribute to the achievement of our long-term objectives and to the sustainability of the Company and other entities entering into such partnerships. Therefore, we welcome cooperation with all companies and individuals to the extent that they help us all to attaining our joint strategic objectives.
